This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share data in the context of B2B services delivered through our platform.

  • Business Information: Company name, registered address, billing details, tax information.
  • Admin & Staff Information: Names, professional emails, role info, contact numbers.
  • End-User Data (on behalf of Clients): Student / trainee names, logins, performance data.
  • Technical Information: Device/browser details, IP address, usage logs.
  • Financial Transactions: Subscription payments, invoices, compliance details.

How We Use Data

We do not sell or monetize business or user data.

Data Ownership & Responsibility

Clients remain the owners of their institutional and user data. Crosslect acts as a data processor on behalf of Clients, in compliance with data protection regulations.

Crosslect is responsible for implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect client data.

Clients are responsible for obtaining user consents (students, staff, employees) before sharing data with Crosslect.

Data Retention

Data is retained only as long as required under the service agreement.

On contract termination, data is securely deleted within 30 days, unless legally required otherwise.

Financial records are retained as per tax/accounting regulations.

Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies for platform performance, authentication, and analytics. Clients can configure cookie settings, but disabling cookies may impact functionality.

Third-Party Services

We integrate with trusted providers (e.g., hosting, payments, streaming). These are governed by their policies:

Client & User Rights

  • Request access to stored data
  • Request deletion or correction
  • Obtain a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
